The PPS Print department is fully equipped to cover the smallest to the largest jobs. These jobs could be one colour, 5 colour or even four colour variable data. All these cab easily be processed and printed to the highest quality at the turnaround speed required.

(May 2003) The very latest investment in Digital Printing is the HP Indigo 3000, which is capable of printing 2000 A3+ sheets per hour in 4 colours. This speed can still be maintained when using variable data, including pictures, background colours, text and logos can be changed from sheet to sheet. With the facilities for electronic collation and automatic duplexing.

Then the Heidelberg Quickmaster DI 46-4 digital press. The state of the art digital press can print at up to 10,000 sheets per hour, on all standard stocks of paper. The files are sent directly from the Mac or Pc to the press where the image is exposed directly onto the plates on the press. So the make ready time is dramatically reduced with the CIP3 profile being downloaded to the press with the image data.

The latest investment is the introduction of the Heidelberg Speedmaster 74, 5 colour (printing at 15,000 sheets per hour), along with the installation of a Heidelberg B2 Platesetter. This flexability gives us the advantage to print jobs from existing films or from digital data.
